Q     Do my pets have to be fully immunized before boarding with Stella & Floyds?

A     Not necessarily, as long as you have proof of titers from your Allopathic Veterinarians. Otherwise, YES. We have to maintain the health of all the other boarders, my pets and family.

Q     What methods of payment do you take?

A     Cash, Check, Money Order, and PayPal

Q     When do I have to pay my invoice?

A     All invoices are due the day service starts. All returned checks will be subject to a $25 fee.

Q     Do you kennel or cage your daycare clients or boarders?

A     Never, unless this is a procedure that you use in your home when you are away, or your pet enjoys their crate as a home away from home.

Q     How many boarders do you take at any given time?

A     I prefer to remain small and personal. I like to develop lasting, reliable relationships with my clients and their pets. This can not happen in a high turnover situation. I maintain a small "pack" of 5 or 6 fuzzy ones at any given time. This allows for a more secure pack environment, more one on one attention and more flexibility to play and go on adventures.

Q     How much advance notice do I need to give to book for a vacation?

A     It is always best to plan ahead, as I do book relatively quickly, but will try and accommodate you the best I can. I do have Licensed & Bonded Affiliate Pet sitters that I will recommend to you too if I can not take your pet.
